Moroccan Cocktail Recipe

Using Charbay as its base, a Moroccan cocktail is an exotic and heady blend that is sure to thrill those who prefer to be adventurous with their choice of drink. Containing characteristic Moroccan tastes, the cocktail is infused with the flavours of cardamom and lemon, with the base of Charbay pomegranate vodka being further enhanced by the addition of pomegranate puree.

Ingredients:
– 2 oz Charbay pomegranate vodka
– 1/2 oz cardamom-infused simple syrup
– 1/2 oz lemon juice
– 1/2 oz pomegranate puree
– Lemon wedges for garnish
– Ice cubes

    Start by placing the martini glass in you plan to serve the cocktail in the refrigerator – this will ensure that the glass is cold and frosted by the time you are ready to serve, making for a refreshing look.

    Now, start preparing the drink. Take a cocktail shaker and fill about a quarter of it with ice cubes (you can also use cracked ice for this purpose). Slowly pour in the 2 oz of Charbay pomegranate vodka, and then follow it up with the remaining ingredients – 1/2 oz of cardamom-infused simple syrup, 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz of pomegranate puree.

    Screw the lid of your cocktail shaker on tightly, and give it a couple of good shakes, to make sure all the ingredients are well-mixed. Once everything is combined, your Moroccan cocktail is ready. Pour it into your chilled martini glass, garnish with a thinly-sliced lemon wedge on the rim of the glass, and serve chilled.
