Steps to Make a Wing Sauce Recipe
When we talk about wing sauces, there are so many types of such sauces and not many can differentiate between those types. However, if you are not an expert chef and want to make wing sauce for the first time, the idea to prepare a simple chicken wing sauce won’t be a bad idea.

Wing Sauce:
Red hot sauce, such as Frank’s: 8 cups
Melted butter: 2 cups
Mango habanero sauce: 1/2 cup
Brown sugar: 8 tablespoons
Chili powder: 4 teaspoons
Garlic powder: 4 teaspoons
Onion powder: 4 teaspoons
Black pepper: 4 teaspoons
Cayenne pepper: 4 teaspoons
Seasoning salt: 4 teaspoons
Wings:
Canola oil, for frying
Chicken wings: 1 pound
Seasoning salt: 1 1/2 tablespoons

The first thing you need to keep in mind is that you cannot rush into making this sauce. The idea to prepare chicken wings before hand is not a good one and is not recommended at all. Because if you prepare chicken wings before making the sauce, by the time you will be finished with the sauce, the wings would be cold and won’t taste as good. So let’s prepare the sauce first.

For the wing sauce, take a bowl and first of all, add butter to the bowl and mix it with the hot sauce. Then add the mango habanero sauce and brown sugar to the bowl. Do not forget to keep it stirring while adding more stuff. Next add some chilli powder, garlic powder and onion powder to the mixture. To make it even better, add some cayenne pepper and seasoning salt according to your taste. Stir vigorously and do not stop until it is completely combined.

Now for the wings, take a deep-fryer and heat canola oil in it for some time. Add the chicken wings to it and don’t forget to sprinkle seasoning salt to it. When the wings are crispy after around 15 minutes, take them out of the fryer.

Now mix all the wings in a cup of the wing sauce and let it stay there for a while. Serve and enjoy.
