Cut a Large Circle
Grab a felt fabric of your choice and cut a medium or large circle out of it.

Cut a wavy spiral
Now start at any outside edge of the felt circle and cut a wavy spiral all the way to the center of the circle, using sharp scissors. Make sure to leave a small piece of felt uncut in the center as it will serve as a base of your Wavy Felt Flower.

Check the wavy spiral
Your fabric cut-out should look like the long piece of swirly felt shown in the image.

Wrap the wavy spiral
Starting at the point where you begin cutting, start wrapping to form a flower until you get to the center and achieve the desired look.

Glue gun the wavy spiral
Now fix the small piece of the spiral right beneath the Wavy Felt Flower and use a hot glue to secure it properly. Your felt flower is all set to go; you can hot glue a colorful button or bead to its center for cooler look – if you like.
