Try to drink it plain (pure)

No doubt it’s a bit difficult, but you know well that “there is no gain without pain.” However, make sure to drink small amount of Acai juice during the early days. Otherwise, you can get your stomach upset. Pour just 1 ounce of Acai juice into a small glass, hold your breath and swallow it in one go. Keep it one ounce per day for the next 4 to 5 days. If you find it fine to go, increase the ratio to 6 tablespoons per serving and twice a day.

Mix it with water
Water is another useful natural remedy for weight loss. If you find the pure Acai juice difficult to drink or digest, add some cold water to it in order to dilute it. You will find the juice light to drink. Pour 2 tablespoons of cold pure Acai juice into a glass and top it with 8 ounces of chilled water. Mix well and drink. One of this drink or maximum two per day is enough to shed weight within few weeks.

Mix it with other Berry Juices
Many other juices also help in weight loss. Therefore, you can consider mixing them with the pure Acai juice to overcome its strong taste. Mix 2 to 6 teaspoons of pure Acai juice with 8 ounces of blueberry, blackberry or strawberry juice and stir until smooth.

You can mix up the Acai juice with your favorite carbonate or flavored drink to make it easy and smooth for imbibing. Add 2 teaspoons of pure Acai juice to the standard carbonated/flavored drink and mix properly. Drink it and enjoy decrease in your overall weight.
