Kingston University was established in 1899 as Kingston Technical Institute which was given a university status in 1992. It is a public research university serving more than 24,000 students to help them complete their higher education with excellent research facilities offering a wide range of subjects. University is famous for its Faculty of Business and Law and Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing. Four of its campuses are situated closely on Royal Borough of London providing an easy access to the students from all over London and a free bus service between campuses is an added facet.
