Singapore Sling Cocktail Recipe

Singapore Sling is one among the famous and wonderful cocktails in the world. Ngiam Tong Boon, a bartender at the Long Bar in Raffles Hotel Singapore, discovered this unique drink sometime before 1915. However, the original recipe of Singapore Sling Cocktail is no longer being served in Raffles Hotel Singapore as the original recipe was virtually forgotten by the hotel’s bartenders. The traditional and original recipe of Singapore Sling is made from a gin, Bénédictine, Cherry Heering, and fresh pineapple juice. However, this recipe is just one of the newer variations of Singapore Sling Cocktail and makes just one drink. You can increase the amount of its ingredients according to the number of your guests.
