Employment verification letter is a documented proof issued by an organisation which states that a particular employee has been or still working in that organisation.

In the opening paragraph, you should mention the name of the employee and his/her joining date in a specific organisation. Also mention his/her current status if he/she is still working in this organisation and if he/she has left, then mention the date of leaving.

In the second paragraph of this employment verification letter, you need to include the responsibilities that the employee has been performing while working in this organisation.

In the third paragraph, you should include the information about employee’s work ethics. Do mention about the employee whether he/she has been fully dedicated in performing all duties while staying in a specific organisation or not.
