People can only handle so much work all at same time. You will get worn out more quickly when you try to do too much so make sure that your workload is lighter.
2. Have time for yourself. Make sure to have time to relax. When you relax it allows you to feel refreshed and ready for the next day. You need to relax so you can recharge to have more energy. Making time for yourself in your schedule is important.
3. Slow down. Don’t try to cram everything into one day. Make sure to schedule your appointments and other meetings throughout the week instead of all one day. Make sure that you have an hour or so in between meetings. The goal is to try to reduce stress in your life.
4. Find time to eat a healthy lunch. It is important to be able to eat lunch without being in an hurry. Don’t shove the food in your mouth. Make sure to be able to enjoy your lunch. Lunch time allows you to relax while spending time with friends, family, or co-workers.
5.Get Enough Exercise. Exercise is important. When we exercise it helps us feel more alert and awake. Exercise also helps us to be able to work better and produce more work in less amount of time. Exercise for 20 minutes here and there throughout the day in the early morning or afternoon.
