Easy Olive Oil, Tomato and Basil Pasta Salad Recipe

– 1 (16 ounce) package farfalle pasta
– 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and diced
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
– salt and pepper to taste

Boil salted water in a big saucepan. Add pasta in it and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until they are cooked properly but still don’t loose their shape.
