Ingredients:

– 5 ripe mangoes – properly peeled, stones removed and diced
– 6 fresh strawberries – hulled and sliced
– 1 punnet blackberries
– Handful chopped fresh coriander
– Juice of 1/2 a lime

    Place five well ripped mangoes in a fruit colander and wash them thoroughly. Peel the mangoes, remove their stones (seeds) and cut them into equal slices.

    Place the mango slices in a large serving or salad bowl.

    Select 6 fresh strawberries, place them on a cutting board and cut their ends with a sharp knife. Now, cut them into equal slices.

    Put the strawberry slices in the serving bowl and top them with 1 punnet of blackberries. Mix the fruit wedges gently for a few seconds.

    Pick a fresh lemon, cut it into two and squeeze the juice of one slice into the bowl of fruit wedges.
