Therefore, you should be aware of different types of shoes available in the market, so that you can make your choice according to your needs.
Everybody has heard of moccasins and loafers, which are completely different types of unique footwear. Sometimes people get confused while deciding their favourite shoes and the reason for that is they are unable to distinguish between these two types.
There are some clear differences between moccasins and loafers. The former of the two are made up of deer skin or any other soft leather, so that your feet stay comfortable throughout the day. Moreover, the sole and sides of such shoes are made up of a single piece of leather and are stitched together nicely.
On the other hand, loafers are flat shoes and are also made up of leather. However, there is not a single piece of leather involved in their construction as numerous pieces are just stitched together.
Another clear difference between the two shoe types is that moccasins have laces whereas loafers do not. Moreover, the former of the two have a soft and flexible sole, which is not found in loafers.
Moccasins are worn casually but loafers are specifically worn at formal events.
