Boneless salmon: 12 ounces
Onion: ½ medium chopped
Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup
Parsley (optional): 1/4 cup
Eggs: 2
Unsalted butter: 2 tbs
Olive oil: 3 tbs
Salt: according to taste
Pepper: according to taste
