Using a bit of starch will nicely keep them in place as well. Make sure that you make a perfect crease in your pants as this will help you in keeping them in shape while they are stored. In case the crease is not right, the pants will permanently take the wrong shape and their style will be lost.

    Fold Them Carefully

While you fold them, make sure that you do it right and the crease on the top and bottom of the pants perfectly meet each other. This will ensure that when they are stored, they will remain in good shape and be ready to go when you need them. Make sure that you have a flat surface to fold them on. Be sure to fold them in half and remove any wrinkles that may be there. The top and bottom should be meeting together nicely. Afterwards, give them another fold and once again remove the wrinkles. You can give them a third fold further depending on the size of the storage container.

    Positioning Them

If you are storing them for a long period of time, it is best that they are placed one on top of the other. However, if you are only storing them for everyday use, place them vertically instead of horizontally as it will help you in not only picking them out with ease but will also help you in not disturbing the other pants. If the material of the pants is very soft, you may want to go with the traditional horizontal placing anyway.
