Boiling water: ½ cup
Sugar: ¼ cup
Heavy cream: 2 cups

Instructions

  • 1

    Clean the strawberries

First of all you need to clean the strawberries you have. You can do this by simply putting them in a basket and washing them with water. This is important to remove dirt which usually accumilates on their skins.

  • 2

    Blend the strawberries

Now you need to thoroughly blend the strawberries. Cut them into half and then put them in the blender and run it until they are smooth. After blending strawberries, set them aside.

  • 3

Pour water over gelatine and sugar

Take a large bowl and add about 1.4 ounces of strawberry gelatine and ¼ cup of sugar to it. Mix it all and then add ½ cup of boiling water into this mixture. Stir the mixture again until everything is dissolved.

Add blended strawberries to the gelatine mixture and then add whipped cream

Now you need to add the blended strawberries to the gelatine and sugar mixture you made earlier. Note that the mixture should be at room temperature at this point. In case it is not at room temperature, you need to refrigerate it so it cools down.

After adding the strawberries to the mixture, you need to add whipped cream and blend it all. However, make sure the cream is not runny when you add it.

    Refrigerate the new mixture

After whipping the cream and blending it with the gelatine and strawberry mixture, you need to refrigerate it. You can either refrigerate the whole mixture in a mixing bowl or pour it into individual servings and refrigerate it. It will take about 2 hours for the mixture to set.
