How to Make Sushi Pizza

Over the past few decades, pizza has become an extremely popular food in almost all parts of the world. There are hundreds of different types of pizzas available in different countries as this food gives a lot of room for creativity and experimentation. One such type is a Sushi Pizza, which is available in many restaurants and can be easily made at home as well. If you made Sushi in the lunch and there is some leftover, you can also use it efficiently and make Sushi pizza.

Utensils: a frying pan, a plate, a small bowl and a spoon

Ingredients:
Sushi rice: about a big handful (cooked)
Salmon: as per taste (either cooked and chopped)
Kewpie mayonnaise: 2 tbsp.
Sriracha: (optional)
Sesame oil: 1 tsp.
Soy sauce: 1 tsp.
Water: 1 tsp.
Avocado: as per taste
Masago fish eggs: as per taste
Cooking oil: 2 tbsp.
Sesame seeds: as per taste (roasted)

    Form a rice patty

    The first step towards making Sushi pizza is to form a rice patty with your hands and make it firm. You need to ensure that it is thick and in size it should be like a hamburger patty.

    Mix ingredients

    Grab a small bowl and pour in a teaspoon each of water, soy sauce and sesame oil. You need to stir the mixture with a spoon nicely before brushing it on each side of the patty.

    Heat the pan

    You are now required to heat a frying pan before inserting a couple of spoons of cooking oil in it. Once it is ready, put the patty in the pan and fry it until all its sides become brown and crispy. If you want to, you can deep fry as well.

    Toppings

    When you are done with frying, place a paper towel on a nice plate and put the patty over it. You can now add fish eggs, salmon and avocado. At this stage, you can also top up your Sushi pizza with sriracha, sesame seeds and kewpie mayo.

    Serve

    Your Sushi pizza is now ready. You may serve after cutting it into four pieces.
