How to Avoid Nightmares while Lucid Dreaming

You need to come to a point inside your dream where you question yourself whether you are dreaming or not. The whole procedure sounds difficult but it’s not. You just have to make your brain accustomed to a particular signal with which you will instantly understand that you are dreaming. In order to do that, you must make a small card and write “Am I dreaming?” on one side and an image of any natural thing on the other side. Keep this card with your throughout the day and make sure you have easy access to it. Pull it out every once in a while and keep looking at the icon and the text. After a few days when your brain records this card more than it is required, you will have a dream. However, once you see the card it will read “Am I dreaming?” and you will instantly come to the conclusion that you are dreaming. Now you can control your dream and avoid any nightmares.
