A few anti-inflammatories even use muscle relaxants and they will keep the injured area from aching under strain. Make sure that you are taking the recommended dosage which is on the label of your anti-inflammatory. Moreover, there is a possibility that your stomach might get upset after eating anti-inflammatories.
