Ingredients:

– 2 (185g) tins tuna in springwater, drained
– 1 (500g) packet linguine pasta
– 12 Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
– 3 tablespoons pine nuts
– 1 clove crushed garlic
– handful chopped fresh parsley
– handful fresh chopped basil
– 100g (4 oz) feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
– 1 lemon, juiced
– 6 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

    Take a large pot and bring to boil salted water, then sauté pasta in it until it gets cooked.

    In the meantime, mix together pine nuts, parsley, tuna, garlic, olives, crumbled feta cheese and basil.

    When the pasta gets cooked, then drain and toss it in olive oil and lemon juice.
