Chicken Livers and Grapes Warm Salad Recipe

This chicken livers and grapes warm salad is an amazing full time meal as it is full of nutrients. Not only it is something different to be taken during the regular meals but it is also a great option to be served for the special occasions. There can be many variations to this salad but today we will prepare this salad with a sweet and sour taste together with sugar coated almonds. Try it and you will love it!

Serving: 5-6 persons

Ingredients:

– 1 lb Chicken Liver
– ½ cup Grape seed/Olive Oil
– ½ cup Almonds (toasted)
– 1 bunch Fresh Grapes (washed)
– 1 Lettuce (large)
– ½ cup Vinegar
– Salt (To taste)
– Grounded Black Pepper (To taste)
– Sugar (To taste)

Instructions

    Wash the chicken livers and make sure that the membranes are removed. Now chop into small pieces and set them aside.

    Heat the oil in a pan and when the oil gets heated enough add almonds and sugar in it. Fry until the almonds are softened.

    Now for another time heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken livers in it and fry until the livers are done. Meanwhile torn the grapes and add them in a separate bowl along with the stated amount of vinegar and to taste salt and grounded black pepper.

    By the time, the chicken livers are almost done, so now its time to add them with grapes and vinegar mixture that you have just prepared.

    For serving:

    Line up plates and put a leaf of lettuce in each one of them.

    Add the chicken livers, the grapes and vinegar, muddle in each plate and pour the fried almonds that you have just prepared from the top.
    The chicken livers and grapes warm salad is ready to be served.
