Wine Glass Placecards
Supplies
- Wine glasses with a stem
- Small gourds
- Tags with a tie
- Glitter marker
- Glass votive with burgundy candles
Step One
Make sure the gourds you choose will fit under the top of your wine glasses. Put a gourd next to each place setting. Place a wine glass stem side up over each gourd.
Step Two
Write the name of each guest on your tags with a glitter marker. Tie each tag around the stem of the wine glass at their place setting.
Step Three
Put a glass votive with a fall candle on top of the stem of each wine glass.
Flower Pot Placecard
Supplies
- Small flower pot
- Gold spray paint
- Gold metallic ribbon
- Green moss
- Glue gun and glue sticks
- Scissors
- Pine cone
- Paint marker in ivory or black
Step One
Cover a work area in a well ventilated room with a tarp or large plastic bag. Spray paint your flower pot gold. Put the pot rim side down on the plastic to dry.
Step Two
Write the name of each guest on the center, front of your flower pot with your paint marker. You could also stencil the first initial of each guest’s name on the front of your pots.
Step Three
Glue a piece of metallic ribbon around the rim of your flower pot.
Step Four
Fill your flower pot a little more than half full of moss. Place a pine cone upright on the moss.
Pumpkin Placecard
Supplies
- Small pumpkin
- Brown glitter marker
- Glue gun and glue sticks
- Fall leaves
- Glass votive with a fall candle
Step One
Wash and dry a small pumpkin. Cut the top off of the pumpkin. Spoon out just enough of the insides so that the glass votive sits slightly above the opening of the pumpkin.
Step Two
Glue fall leaves around the opening and bottom of your pumpkin.
Step Three
Write your guest’s name on the center, front of each pumpkin.
When dinner is over, put each placecard in a gift bag, and give it to the guest it belongs to.
