Monday:

Creamy Chicken and Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Frozen Vegetable/Pasta blend
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
�½ Cup Water

Directions
Cook the chicken, until lightly browned and cut into cubes. Add the frozen vegetable pasta blend, Cream of Chicken Soup and water to the skillet. Cover and let simmer until done.

Cook some frozen or canned biscuits to go along with the meal.
*Since you are already cooking the chicken for this meal you may want to add another pound of chicken after you have cubed the chicken put about half in a storage container and put it in the fridge to make dinner on Thursday even easier.

Tuesday:

Quick and Easy Soft-Tacos

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef or turkey
Half a can of Spaghetti Sauce
Shredded Cheese
1 Tomato
1 Cup Lettuce
Sour Cream

Directions
If needed thaw the ground beef enough that you can take it out of is wrapping. Put the beef into a glass casserole dish that has a lid. Put in the microwave for three minutes. Remove from microwave stir and continue process until meat is cooked. Drain the grease and add the spaghetti sauce and stir. While the meat is cooking you should have time to cut the tomato and lettuce if needed. Warm enough tortillas for the family in the microwave for 15 seconds. Then serve it buffet style where everyone gets to create their own taco.

Wednesday:

3 Cheese Pasta Bake

Ingredients
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Package (2 Cups) shredded cheese
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Milk
4 Cups Elbow Pasta
�¼ tsp. Pepper

Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on package. While pasta is cooking mix soup, cheeses, milk and pepper in a casserole dish. Stir in the pasta and bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Thursday:

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients
�½ Package Linguine or Spaghetti
1 C. Frozen Broccoli
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 lb. Cubed Cooked Chicken
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
�½ C. milk
�½ C. Parmesan Cheese
�¼ tsp. Pepper

Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli to the pot the pasta is cooking in for the last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain. Add soup, milk, cheese, pepper and chicken. Stir on heat until warmed through.

Friday:

French Bread Pizza

Ingredients
�½ Can Spaghetti Sauce
Pepperoni or Ham
1 Can Chunked Pineapple (if desired)
Shredded Cheese
1 Loaf of French Bread

Directions
Cut the French bread in half long way. Spread on spaghetti sauce. Add cheese, and top with toppings. Cook in oven until cheese is melted.

Saturday:

Leftover Night
Saturdays are perfect for leftovers because usually the family is trying to get to different places and no one really has time to all sit down together.

Sunday:

Crock Pot Bar-B-Q Ribs
*You will want to start this recipe in the morning.
Ingredients
1 lb. Ribs
1 Small Jar Bar-B-Q Sauce

Directions
Put the ribs in the crock-pot add the sauce turn on the crock-pot to low. When its dinner time take out the ribs and enjoy.

French Bread

1 Package Spaghetti or linguine
1 Package Elbow Pasta
1 Container of Sour Cream
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom
1 Can Cream of Chicken
1 Can Pineapple (If desired)
1 Package Tortillas
