Visiting the Lambeau Field Atrium and Green Bay Packer Stadium

The Lambeau Field Atrium and Green Bay Packer Stadium

If you are looking for a way to spend a day in the Green Bay Wisconsin area, head to the The Lambeau Field Atrium and the recently renovated Green Bay Packer stadium. Whether you happen to be a football fan or not, you will undoubtedly find something to enjoy.

Built to be both an entrance into the football stadium, an area to incorporate needed office space, and a way to bring money to the football franchise, it has accomplished all three of these tasks and more. Now home to the Green Bay Packer Hall of Fame, the famous Curly’s Pub, complete with its huge arcade game zone fit for all ages of fun, and the famous Packer Pro Shop, a shopping experience like no other associated with professional football. Eateries at the Lambeau Field Atrium, besides Curly’s Pub, which features a full menu, include The Green Bay Packer’s Hall of Fame Grill, Frozen in Time Ice Cream, Brett Favre’s Two Minute Grill, Chili John’s, Goin’ Deep Pizza, and The Meat Packing Co. Some of these eateries are open year round, while others are only open during special events, training, and regular season games.

The Ultimate Packer Experience

For the ultimate Packer experience, take a guided tour of the The Lambeau Field Atrium, stadium, and the field itself. Walk through the tunnel the Packers themselves use to enter the field on game days, learn about the legends behind the game, and even get a front row seat in one of the private boxes used to view the games on cold, winter days for the more privileged among us. Tours are given every day of the year except for game days when the Green packers are playing a home game, and during select holidays including Christmas. Ticket prices are $8.00 for adults, with lower pricing for children and seniors. Group discounts are also offered for groups of twenty or more.

Training Camp Photo Opportunity

During training season, bring your self, your kids, your friends, and most importantly your camera, and head across the street to the practice field. Photo opportunities and glimpses of your favorite players are abundant. When it is time for the team to head to the locker rooms located beneath the The Lambeau Field Atrium, watch as kids line up with their pedal bikes for the players to borrow so they do not have to walk across the huge parking lot. When it is time for the players to head once again back to the field, they repeat the bikes pedaling once again.

To start your Packer experience, head to 1265 Lombardi Avenue, Green Bay Wisconsin, or phone 920-569-7500 for directions.
