Free TV Show Downloads Online, an Escape from Time Management

Free TV show downloads have helped to fill a void. No longer do I have to worry about my husband complaining that there’s a game on, or isn’t there something ELSE you want to watch? Now all I have to do is turn on the computer, log on to the Internet and find a site to download my favorite tv show.

Once it’s downloaded I can watch it easily on the media player already installed on my computer, and not be bothered by the grunting and sweating of grown men fighting over a dirty football. What sweet relief.

I admit at first I was a bit skeptical when a friend told me I could easily find free tv show downloads online. I was sure there was a catch. Spyware or worms or something similarly scary sounding probably came along for the ride when downloading these programs and I wanted nothing to do with them.

But when my husband installed a full virus and spyware protection program on our home computer, I had no more reasons to hide behind. Might as well give it a shot, I thought. After all, with the protection we had on our computer, the worst thing that could happen would be the download itself would be stopped to prevent transfer of anything creepy or crawly into my hard drive.

With my cable modem connection the download took about three minutes, giving me just enough time to get the dishwasher loaded after dinner. Within minutes I was sitting back, giggling along with my favorite characters, and as an added bonus, I could pause the playback whenever a household emergency came up.
