The Florists Who Bloom in Memphis, TN
The first florist I reviewed was Nbloom Floral. This amazing florist offers an incredible selection of exotic, imported flowers as well as locally grown flowers. They are also experts at arranging dried and silk flowers for every occasion. Nbloom do more than just flowers, they are also very talented at arranging an entertaining and intriguing gift basket and for the kiddies, or adults who still like to do the static trick [see 5 year-old child for answer], they offer a great selection of balloons.
All of their flowers only come from reputable growers who take the time to cultivate the plant(s) in which they are growing. All of their arrangements are created exclusively from the most beautiful, colorful, and inspiring blossoms.
One of the more unique features this florist obtains, is that they are apart of a Nationwide Wire Service, which basically means that if you are out of town, you can call in and they will deliver your order to the individual or individuals that you wish to receive flowers. So as you can see, Nbloom Floral is more than a catchy name – they are contagious when it comes to all of your floral needs.
The second florist I reviewed is Flowers By Sandy. This lovely florist is owned and operated by family (always a guarantee for amazing service), and they specialize in offering the highest quality of floral arrangements and gifts. Among the audience they tend to, they mostly serve the Greater Memphis Area.
Some of their specialty services include: Large Inventory of fresh flowers, tropicals, European/dish gardens, contemporary and traditional arrangements, high-style floral arrangements, weddings, funerals, gourmet and fruit baskets, extensive gift line and lastly an amazing selection of candles.
Their open for business Monday through Friday from 8:30AM – 5:00PM, Saturday from 8:30AM – 12:00PM and they are closed on Sundays. As well as being closed on Sunday, they are also closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
And the last florist I reviewed is Shackelford’s Florist. This true local florist is concerned only with its customers (a very nice concern if you ask me). They specialize in floral arrangements, green and brown plants, gift baskets, fruit and gourmet baskets, Caswell-Massey soaps, lotions, fragrances, and bath oils. They offer unique gifts – that of which you will not be able to find anywhere else in Memphis (Oo, very nice!).
Their phone-order option is open 24 hours a day and are also available on Sundays as well as holidays for Sympathy Flowers only. The actual store hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM – 5:30PM and Saturday from 9:00AM – 5:00PM. Want a delivery? Well, there is a minimum delivery amount of $25.00 (not including delivery fees).
Probably one of the greatest thing about Shackelford’s Florist is their motto, “We turn your feelings into flowers.” And ultimately, that’s what we ask a florist to do, turn our emotions, whether it be happiness, sadness, love, hate, extreme sorrow, or absolutely breathtaking blissfulness. And this florist has the ability to do all of the above – and then some.
