If you are looking for fine dinning at a quite restaurant for a delightful dinning experience then The Skyview is the place for you. This Victorian Mansion was turned into a restaurant in 1950. The dinning experience would be described as elegant, perfect for a quite evening of fine wine and exquisite food. The prices are a little on the high side, you should expect to pay twenty dollars per person, but the food is well worth the price. Some of the best steak I have ever tasted. The Skyview is for sale and once sold, may close forever, so I would suggest eating here once before this beautiful place is sold. If you want a more casual dinner then you have to check out Highnoon Saloon. Great food with a restaurant for sit down dinner with the family and a bar side for some fun with some friends. This bar and grill has its own micro brewery where they make some very tasty beer, they have so many different types everyone is sure to find something they like. This place is always fun and Wednesday nights is half price burger night it’s a local favorite.
If you like Italian food then you must come to Mama Mia’s. This place is where you go if you want great Italian food and don’t want to pay Olive Garden prices. This is a hometown favorite that is a good place for all ages. With a variety of food to choose from everyone is sure to find something they like. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is semi-casual for you people who want a some what quite quaint dinner.
Lastly we have the street side burger joint known as Homer’s. Homer’s has very cheap prices but don’t let that scare you, the food here is excellent and always impresses new guests. Once you eat here you will become a regular, with their double and triple hamburgers for a mere three dollars, or their triple thick milkshakes that make your taste buds dance. This is the cheapest place for a meal but it’s also one of the best. Make sure you make a stop at Homer’s while you are in Leavenworth.
