The Hilton Garden Inn is the newest hotel in downtown Detroit’s Harmonie Park area. Official hotel press states that the place is aimed at the business traveler but with all of the attractions surrounding it leisure trip takers will appreciate it too. Staying at the Marriot is especially entertaining because it is connected to the Renaissance Center, which now houses GM’s corporate headquarters. The RenCen was always a place to go eat, shop and take in a movie when they still had the theater. Now with the renovations to the hotel and the center guests can escape into the entire building
