Batman, a fictional character and a comic book superhero, is famous among kids. A handmade Batman can be a great handmade gift on birthdays of the kids. Moreover, draw it on a big chart, frame it and hang it on the wall of your kids’ bed room or playing room. So, follow the given below simple instructions and sketch your own Batman:

Things Required:

– Plain sheet or chart Paper
– Pencil or Marker

Instructions

  • 1

Take a sheet or chart paper and set it in front of you, fixing it on a smooth surface. Pick a lead pencil or a marker and hold it tight with your finger tips. Now, draw three sides of a square box and name them Line A, Line B and Line C. The best thing you can do is, draw two vertical parallel lines and connect them from the bottom end to get the desired dhape.

  • 2

Now, place the tip of you pencil or pen on Line A and gently draw a long curved line down. Come to Line B and repeat the same procedure, drawing a long curve line down. These two lines will suggest the cheekbones.

  • 3

Draw a straight line from right to left, connecting Line A and Line B from the bottom of the face structure. Name it as Line D.

  • 4

It is the time to sketch the eyes and nose of Batman. Draw two V’s as eyes and the third V shape below the two eyes as a nose.

  • 5

Now, connect the open ends of the V-eyes to give them a triangle shape. Come towards the V-mouth and connect its right tip to the Line B and left tip to Line A to give it a complete mask shape.

  • 6

Draw two curve lines on Line A and B as shoulders of Batman, suggesting the back and cape.

  • 7

Draw two more curved lines on both sides, connecting the shoulders to the cheekbones of Batman. These two lines will suggest the Batman’s chest.

  • 8

Take the tip of your pencil or marker to the area right below the Line D and draw an “M” shape.

  • 9

Draw two straight lines on right and left sides of the “M” shape, starting from the tip.

  • 10

Draw a picture of a flying bird right below the “M” shape.

  • 11

Draw two more flying birds on both sides of the previously sketched bird.

  • 12

Finally, draw a straight line below the tip of the nose to suggest the mouth. Wow! You have successfully sketched a Batman. Enjoy!
