Paint Me a Picture

Paint me a picture, a picture to caputre the death and beauty.
Help them to see how it really is, no sunshine, no rainbows or butterflys.

Show them the black overcasting clouds,
blood flowing thick,
and the great depression running tfull force over the land.

The tear streaked faces look up to the sunless skys,
hands lifted up in sorrow, the once strong now weak with regret.

Will the sun ever return, might the weak become strong?
In this picture you see the soon to be, the part you don’t want to become.

All mourning in pain looking to their god that has turned away from their sin,
too long it has been , forgetting the color within their souls,
as the life as been sucked right out of their vains.

Too blind they hyave become they can not see the glowing strength inside each others hearts.
