Traditional Strawberry and Fruit Smoothie:

2 cups frozen strawberries that have been sliced or chopped
2 cups frozen peaches, blue berries, raspberries, or any fruit of you choice
2 cups low fat yogurt (any flavor you like)
2 cups fat free milk
2 bananas sliced (these should not be frozen)

Combine all ingredients and blend. Add in any additional nutritional supplements you like and drink!! If you do not enjoy bananas or yogurt, you can eliminate them and substitute orange juice or any type of citrus juice you do enjoy. To do this, place all fruit in the blender. Slowly add orange juice until the smoothie comes to the consistency you like.

Melon Smoothie:

1 �½ cups seedless watermelon pieces
1 �½ cups honeydew pieces
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cups ice crushed or cubed
Juice of 2 limes

The fruit in this smoothie does not have to be frozen, which makes it quick and easy to do with out planning ahead. Add all ingredients and blend together. Serve in chilled glasses.
