New Internet Advertising Methog Bypasses the Search Engines!

By ‘feeding’ opinion, commentary, music, video, directly to My Space pages and the like, a properly planned ‘viral’ marketing campaigns can now target specific geography on land or in cyberspace: Almost everybody has a Yahoo 360Ã?º page, a My Space page, a my MSN page, a Google account: many have Blogs, newsgroups, have user pages and websites of their own in multiple places.

Here are some trends to expect due to the direct to the public nature of the direct access provided to consumers by feeds:

Writers, news providers, Blog owners are learning quickly that they can actually bypass the search engines all together by providing content that can be subscribed to in a feed.

There are feed syndicates such as Feedburner.com and publishing associations like associatedcontent.com where the cutting edge next wave innovation in the advertising and marketing media industries as we speak.

By providing content, just as I am doing here, an ‘instant publisher’ as I call them with a Blog, or just articles of interest can have a viable, profitable business!

Like Lewis and Clark coming across the great plains, I find myself saying:

“Wow, look at all that unplowed ground!”
