How to Organize a Chore Schedule
1. Write It Down: Grab a piece of paper, or create a new word document chronicling what areas of the house or activities need to be done. This way, you won’t have any excuse on what you’re supposed to do for the day.
2. Prioritize: It’s best to separate tasks from the most different to the easiest. It’s also important to tackle chores that need to taken care of now. It’s also important to get assistance on the more difficult chores like painting or remodling.
3. Set A Time: Set aside a day to take car of your tasks. You just take a pen and put it down on the calendar.
4. Constant Reminder: That means post it notes, writing in your calendar. Anything that keeps focused on what you need is necessary.
5. Delegate Tasks: When dealing with tasks that involve more than one person, you may have delegate tasks to family and friends who can pitch.
6. Don’t Give Up! Some chores may not be done the amount of time you set aside. Heck, Rome wasn’t built in a day either.
It’s important to know that this schedule involves a lot of commitment. This can’t be done in half-hearted matter. Once you got your schedule in place, the rest will follow.
