Poker Run in Memory of Alecia Hall to Fund Scholarship

Scheduled for July 8, 2005 with a rain date of July 9th, this is a first annual Poker Run. Alecia Hall was killed in a car accident this spring, at the age of 22. Her parents have created a scholarship fund in her honor and are the planners of this event.

Carol and Ken Hall of Sterling NY chose to create a soccer scholarship because that was Alecia’s favorite sport. She played soccer for Red Creek High School – the best in their class for many years.

Riders can meet at Cutter’s Inn on Main Street in Fair Haven, NY ( 1/4 mi. from Fair Haven Beach State Park) on 11am July 8th. The cost per person for the ride is $15. There will be food, fun, and music all day. We will have a great, safe ride!

Come join us and help make this a successful event for the Hall family and the future recipient of the RCCS soccer scholarship.

An article about the ride will follow in July.
