How to Choose Your Career

The modern psychological methods have found out that more than 70 % of the global population amongst the graduates seek a career or a profession for money making.atmost 22 % seek it as a part of job satisfaction and the rest 8 % as to while away their idle time spending it useful and resourceful.

Career is an important phase of every human being specifically amongst the youngsters,the problems arise when things dosent happen the way want,who is to be blamed,is it the person or the organisation.

All humans may not certainly be born with silver or golden spoon in their mouth,but the intensity or the quality of an in built brain is the same.But,it all depends the way he/she uses.

At some point of view in life we start feeling the best productive output that an individual can produce.It varies from person to person,say for instance,X may be a born genious and would fair well in Medicine,but cannot expect the same from Y,as talents are inborn art.Education & Experience are just a catalyst that could accelerate the probability for a better career. Hence,The modern education system has traced these difficulties faced by every humans through psychological questionaires,discussions,workshops,forums and counsellings.

This would be a better medium to know more about the natural inborn taste of a human being.Through which he/she could very well be guided to choose for a better medium in order to attain a better career.

Money making is an important part in a persons career,it can be made as a constant factor provided we think wisely .Choosing a carrer has become optional these days through,the modern money making techniques,that has slowly started deteriorating the persons broad minded charachter,otherwise,he/she finds a better option to make money,without bothering about how to make it.At this point of view,I would rather present the sitauation with an instance from my own environment and society,where youngsters have made a mindset of joining some organisations,that provides voice based and non voice based customer supports.

Yes ! this is a better choice for the person,who has skills,talents over his speech and actions.But an Engineering graduate or a Masters need to think it double over the issue of choosing a career in the same organisation where he dosent get a chance to implement many knowledge & trade based features.Ultimately working for a period of about two to three months finally plan to quit.But instead if he had approached any other engineering or manufacturing sectors,he would have achieved a better strength and position over the issue of jobsatisfaction.

How to choose a career ? what are the criterions ?
Any one can choose a career,it has to be trailing either a constant or an incremental graph with respect to aging.The basic educational qualifications,interest & experience are the three basic principles with which a candidates career is decided.
But very frankly speaking,a little knowledge and an immense interest could be the best methodology of adopting a career.

Why should someone choose a career ?
As far as a social independent life is concerned in a very fast developing economy,career is an important part for the survival of an individual or the people depending the individual.Career is again diversified with respect to the domains existing in todays technology,but still the Ancient principles are strictly followed.

Choose a career that interests you the most,which could be judged or monitored through mere discussions and attending speeches,workshops,counselling through experts.

Do not give the most priority for Money or salary if you take up an initial opening job,after graduations or educations.
Decide many times,discussing with superiors and seniors of the same trade before taking up a career.

Computer ,Electronics,Telecommunications,Electricals,Instrumentation engineers have a wide scope in deciding their career prospects in the areas of Artificial intelligence,ROBOTICS,VLSI,Programming,Data Base,client servers etc….and could very well find real smart and good openings with very good organisations where pay,job satisfactions,creative thinkings and innovations using research and developments are entertained.

Civil,Mechanical,Aerospace,Automotive engineers could take up professional trainings in the areas of CAD/CAM/CAE/FEA/CFD/RE/RPT/CNC etc rom any good and notable organisation and can open a challenging positions like product designers and CAE analysts.But,this can also be a tedious process as many among the engineers may find the applications through mathematics,engineering mechanics,fluid mechanics and thermodynamics very far from their views.

Similarly,many other programs are conducted for different people world wide,that would provide industrial and other profession oriented courses in order to achieve a better career.
