Herbs to Help You Maintain Breast Health

Next to skin cancer, breast cancer is the most common form of cancer among women today. The grim reality is that one in eight women will experience breast cancer during her lifetime, but much can be done to improve and possibly avoid these odds in the concept of breast care and herbal support.

The use of good quality antioxidants that are powerful forms of Ellagic Acid in our daily diet can be very helpful in breast care and maintenance. Herbs that we have found to be very helpful are Pomegranate and extracted Flax. Both of these serve as wonderfully effective antioxidants and cellular supports.

The Maitake Mushroom has been a part of the Japanese diet for over 3,000 years, and the Japanese people believe that this food source acts as a stimulant to the immune system and the cellular activity. This herb contains polysaccharides, which are extremely valuable in the production of healthy cells as the body restores itself from a bad cell experience.

Another herb that helps to support proper breast care is Lutein. Lutein is a strong antioxidant with many similarities to the well renowned Beta-Carotene.

When the herbs we have mentioned above were introduced with a carrier of Calcium Glucarate, the Glucarates were found helpful in ridding the body of steroidal hormones, toxins, and carcinogens (such as benzo-a-pyrene from tobacco smoke).
These beneficial herbs and supplements are wonderful considerations to help alleviate one of the greatest fears women face today – the fear of breast problems.
