Hotel Guide: Fresno, California

So you’ve found yourself in Fresno, California. Well, first and foremost, this city is absolutely amazing. With its glorious views of the countryside of California, it is very easy to comprehend why there is always a plethora of visitors who congregate at this location. And out of all of these visitors there is something that links all of them together – the need for a great hotel. The first hotel in which I reviewed is the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center Fresno. This downtown hotel has an attached conference center and is also across the street from the Fresno Convention Center. This hotel is also only two hours to both Yosemite and Sequoia national parks, which makes it a great place for families who want to visit the parks but not let their entire vacation be consumed by them. Guestrooms open onto the atrium, which houses a casual cafÃ?© and a cocktail lounge. The adjacent conference center offers more than 27,000 square feet of function space, including a ballroom with sculpted ceiling and marble entry. The second hotel in which I reviewed is the Country Inn and Suites Fresno North. This hotel is located n downtown Fresno. It is also located on three miles away from the Fashion Fair mall and California State University Fresno, which for visiting parents of students or potential students, its an amazing place to stay. An indoor swimming pool and spa tub, fitness equipment, guest laundry facilities, and a library are among the amenities offered. Also, complimentary wireless Internet is available to all guests throughout the hotel. This hotel offers 60 guestrooms spanning its three floors. Also, complimentary wireless Internet access is extended into the guestrooms.

And the last hotel in which I reviewed is the Courtyard by Marriott – Fresno Airport. This contemporary hotel is across the street from the airport, and is only four miles from the convention center, and only five miles from downtown. The hotel offers its guests a heated outdoor pool and spa tub, which is opened year round. This is fantastic for those winter visits, when you desperately want to swim. Also, complimentary airport transportation and free parking are available. Need to stay in shape? Well, the Courtyard by Marriott offers its guests a free 24-hour fitness center. This four-story hotel offers 116 guestrooms, all of which are provided with complimentary high-speed Internet access. And for those larger families, some rooms include a sofa bed for your use.
