Techniques for Men Who Want to Experience Multiple Orgasms

Is it possible for a man to have multiple orgasms like women do? You bet. It will just take patience and practice. Patience may not be your strong point, but I bet you’ll find the practice part quite fun, especially if you have a willing partner to help.

The scenario: You’re primed, pumped and ready for a full night of lovemaking, but all too soon you find yourself ejaculating and going limp. Your partner is left unsatisfied because she wasn’t quite “there” yet.
The solution: Many men like to get their partner off first so this doesn’t pose a problem, but wouldn’t it be more fun if you could just delay ejaculation and still have all the feelings that comes from an orgasm. And wouldn’t it be even greater if you could do this several times before losing your erection? We all know that once ejaculation occurs the erection is gone.

This article will cover some simple techniques for lasting longer during sex, debunk the myths associated with lasting longer and discuss how you can have multiple orgasms before you ejaculate and lose that erection.

Lovemaking, in all honesty, is a skill. No one was great their first time, it’s something that had to be learned. Controlling your ejaculation is a skill. It can be learned if you want to take the time to master the skill.

Common Myths Associated with Lasting Longer

Myth 1: Men are under the impression that if they think about other things while they are sexually aroused they can delay orgasm and last longer.
Answer: This simply isn’t true. Wandering thoughts only take away from the pleasure of the moment. They don’t prolong the inevitable.

Myth 2: If I try hard enough, I can keep my erection really hard.
Answer: Again, this takes away from the pleasures of the sex. You need to learn to relax and stay relaxed while making love.

Myth 3: I can’t hold back my ejaculation. I’ve tried to stop it.
Answer: You can if you know how and take the time to practice this skill.

What controls my ejaculation?
The pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle) is responsible for semen ejaculating from the penis. It’s the tiny muscle located directly behind the testicles. It’s also the same muscle that you use to control the flow of urine. If you’ve ever had to cut urinating short, then you’ve used this muscle. Women will recognize the use of this muscle due to the exercises they perform when pregnant. These are called kegel exercises. And just as they help a woman remain tight, they can help you control your ejaculation.

Learning when you’re ready to ejaculate.
This is a simple step in the process but one that is extremely important. Chances are that you have ejaculated a good part of your adult life and never given much thought to exactly what happens. You know it feels good and that’s the feeling you shoot for during lovemaking.
But have you ever taken the time to explore when you have those feelings? This step will explore the feelings you have right before ejaculation. You need to know the point during sex that makes you explode.
To do this, you will simply masturbate or have your partner do it for you, until you are almost ready to ejaculate and then stop the stimulation.
This may be a bit torturous at first, but it can be very pleasurable too.
We will use a scale of 1-10. One on the scale means you’re limp and not interested in sex. 10 of course is where you blow your load. You want to aim for a 7 or 8 on the scale. That’s going to be where you feel the most pleasure working its way up to climax. The key here is to hold your pleasure zone at that stage and not go over the top to ejaculation.

By masturbating yourself or having your partner do this, you will learn when you’re at 7 or 8 and how close you are to the edge.
Once you reach the mark of 7 or 8, you need to stop and wait a few minutes. Don’t let yourself go completely down to one. You want to keep your erection and your arousal by only going down to about 3 or 4.
As soon as you feel you may be getting to 3 or 4 on the scale, begin masturbating again.
You want to bring yourself almost to climax three times by stopping and starting again.
On the forth time, you can allow yourself to ejaculate. Wasn’t that fun? Did you pay attention and learn when you were about to climax. Which point would have sent you over the edge?

It may take a few sessions before you can actually stop yourself from wanting to climax so soon. Just be patient and keep trying.

After you’ve mastered this, you can start practicing this “timing” method during regular intercourse, oral sex and with different positions.

The True Art to Lasting Longer
Now that we’ve learned about the muscle you can use to control your ejaculations, and had some experience discovering when you’re going to orgasm, it’s time to learn how to exercise the PC muscle. I want to mention that this process will take a few weeks or more to master. By now you should have spent at least a week learning your body’s signals for climax.

The first thing you want to do is locate the PC muscle. Using two fingers place them behind your testicles and do what you’d do if you were stopping the flow of urine. You will feel something tense up. That’s your PC muscle.
You need to learn how to tense the PC muscle without tensing your glutes or buttocks muscles. It’s natural to tense your glutes when you first begin doing kegels so part of the practice will be to learn to isolate the PC muscle.

The practice
To practice kegels, you will tense the PC muscle 20 times, holding for 1-2 seconds each time and resting for 1-2 seconds between each contraction.
You should do 20 of these, three times a day for 3 weeks.
I know, it sounds like a long time, but it will be well worth your efforts. The great thing about kegels is that you can practice them anytime, anywhere and no one knows what you’re doing. It’s common knowledge that women do this while driving or watching TV.

At the end of the first three weeks you’re going to change up your routine and learn to really work the PC muscle. Keep with the same routine as above but add 10 more reps and hold those for 5 seconds each and relax for 5 seconds.
If you keep these up you will have a body builder’s equivalent for PC muscles.

What do I do when I’m ready to try this out?
Well, you can either do this alone or, if that isn’t appealing, your partner can help.
Start masturbating or have your partner masturbate you and when you begin to feel the beginning of an orgasm you’ll clench the PC muscle as tight as you can for 10 seconds.
If the PC muscle is strong enough and your timing is right, you will prevent yourself from ejaculating.
It may not happen the first few times. I didn’t say this would be easy. But with plenty of practice, you can do this.
The key lies in strength of the PC muscle and timing. This is why you practiced the timing in the beginning and then practiced the kegel exercises. Now you bring the two together.

Why do I want to learn this?
Well, generally after a man ejaculates, he goes limp and it takes awhile to recover, especially if he is older. All too often his partner is left hanging because it takes a woman considerably longer to achieve climax. Or, you just want to have a three hour marathon of lovemaking because it feels good and the idea of a three hour erection without drugs would be heavenly.

Many people, especially men, equate orgasm with ejaculation. But they are two separate experiences. Most women can attest to this.
What you want to do is learn to separate the two. You want the great feelings the orgasm gives you, but you want to prolong the ejaculation which usually signals the end of the lovemaking session. With practice, this can be done. There is no reason a man can’t have several orgasms before he’s ready to ejaculate.

Where do the multiple orgasms come into play?
Let’s recap what we’ve gone over.
You have to relax.
You’ve learned to delay orgasm by holding yourself at a pleasure level of 7 or 8.
You’ve learned how to work the PC muscle and can control your ejaculation.

Now we’ll learn about multiple orgasms. The good stuff.
Orgasm and Ejaculation
Orgasm is the physical reaction of being sexually aroused and stimulated. Ejaculation is, well the ejaculating or expelling of semen from the testes. The two normally occur together simultaneously, but you can learn to have orgasms without ejaculating if you’ve followed the steps above and practice with diligence.

It may take awhile to really get the hang of this, but if you’ve strengthened the PC muscle, it does have the power to stop an ejaculation. You also need to practice bringing yourself to the point of orgasm so you know when it’s happening and when to squeeze the PC muscle to stop ejaculation.

If you keep practicing and mastering your body, you will learn to achieve those blissful feelings of orgasm while retaining your erection to keep going again and again if you like.
After a few times though, you may want to allow yourself to ejaculate and then get a good nights sleep. You can always practice again tomorrow night.
