Gym Addiction

GYMADDICTION

This is all about the new craze of body building. It all starts with fitness for the first few months. Being a fitness freak myself, I know better the craze of gym or

GYMMANIA!!!

Now the point is why I am calling this a mania? Yes it is a mania as the person goes to the gym regularly not only for fitness but also for something

EXTRAAA!!!

He wants bigger muscles in smaller time!!

He wants to show off and wants people to see him!!

Alas!! In reality, the girls want handsome guys but not a muscle man like Salman Khan (of Bollywood in India) or like Stallone (in Hollywood). They want guys with feelings who can care for them and has a good sense of humor.

Take this poetry of mine for instance. This is purely original. Read this and follow the consequences of an effective bodybuilding!!

On the contrary, after a workout in a gym you will feel energetic and a feel-good factor will reign within you!! The body building says “Shoo!” to all human emotions.

His life becomes stress free as a hard workout in a gym really reduces tension.

Unfortunately, it does not increase our pension.

It reduces our emotion.

Our body becomes hard!!

As we are thinking of a reward!

Gym members will motivate you for show!

Your tiredness after gym will make your salary low!!

To your foe, you are able to give one tight blow!!

A muscleman know how to keep people below.

After working out for four years

People will say, “Cheers!”

But your father will say, “What about your career?”

“They will throw you out?”

“Have you any doubt?”

“Who will marry a hard-faced guy like u?”

Your face will turn into stone!!

But unfortunately you will have to remain alone!!

People will respect you as you have become a giant

But sadly without a client

To give you a job!!

You may sob!

You will give more time to your gym

To remain fit and slim!

You work as a team

To practice hard

In future to get a good reward!!

Now Comes, GYMOBESSESSION!!

A thin guy comes to gym

To gain his weight

He takes up a lot of weight

Seniors tell him to wait

He becomes impatient

Becomes a mental patient!

Gym in rainy days

Gymaddict never says, “Rain! Rain! Go away, come again another day! Your gymaddicts wants to rest!”

Parents say, “Drop now!”

Gymaddict says, “How?”

Parents say, “Take some rest!!”

Gymaddict says, ” I detest!”

Parents say, “Do you want to become a security guard?”
“There is no reward!”

“Want to become a steward?”

Gymaddict says, “Yeah! I want to get a flight steward!!”

Parent says, “You are not so tall!!”

Gymaddict says, ” Let me try after all!”

Personally I have a job as a medical transcriptionist. I also workout at a gym. Here lies the conflict between the workout and brain work in 3 shifts as a transcriptionist!!

Parent says, ” A bird in hand is worth two in the bush!!”

Gymaddict says, “I love Bush! I am serving his country!!”

Parent says, “How do you get such energy!! Are you devil?”

Gymaddict says, “It is my need!!”

Parent says, “Shit!! Are other people doing the same? Start dieting!!”

Gymaddict says, “I want to workout hard!!”

Father says, “Your performance at work will be down!! People will fun of you!!”

Ultimately, the father talked with his son and gave him a related course of hospital management. This is very much related to medical transcription.

The distinguishing features of a gymaddict:

1. He loves going to gym 6 days.

2. He works out hard even after a gap of one or two weeks.

3. Thin guys workout with heavier weights.

4. Even newcomers work out with lot of weights (with weights near to that of seniors in gym!)

5. After a heavy workout in a gym, the gymaddict goes to work, some days his performance is good, sometime miserably bad!! When he tells these to his dad, the parent says,

There is no scope to chat!

I have told you before that!

You have fear of becoming fat!

I told you to follow a diet!

But you don’t!

YOU want big muscle

Do you know the hassle?
