Hotel Guide: Toledo, Ohio

So you have found yourself in Toledo, Ohio? With a population standing around three-hundred-thousand, it makes this place the fourth-largest city in the state. This city is known as “The Glass City” due to the fact that it has a long history with innovating the use of glass. This city also has a wonderful amount of great hotels, all of which I have researched and reviewed. I have narrowed the top of these hotels to only three. So, read on to find your top Toledo, Ohio hotel!

The first hotel in which I reviewed is the Wyndham Toledo. This three-and-a-half-star-hotel is located literally next to the COSI children’s science museum, and this hotel is also just four blocks from the Toledo Sports Arena. Some of the various amenities this hotel offers its guests includes an indoor swimming pool and spa tub, a fitness center, game room, and over 16,000-square-feet of meeting and banquet space. There is are also a plethora of business services that are available at the front desk, twenty-four-hours-a-day. In the lobby guests can enjoy the complimentary wireless Internet access. This hotel has 241 guestrooms in its twelve-story building. All of the guestrooms come fully equipped with cordless multi-line phones with voicemail, work desks with ergonomic chairs, as well as complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access.

The second hotel in which I reviewed is the Hotel Toledo. This hotel is located just five miles from downtown, and is a comp temporary hotel within a mile from two shopping centers. Some of the various amenities this hotel offers its guests includes a complimentary shuttle service to the Toledo airport, which is only fifteen miles away. There is also an indoor swimming pool, spa tub, business center, and a 32,000-square-foot health and fitness center. Guests can also take advantage of complimentary use of the computer workstation, which has high-speed Internet access – this is located in the business center. And the last hotel in which I reviewed is the Hotel Seagate. This three-star hotel is a gorgeous high-rise hotel, which is connected to the SeaGate Convention Center, and is literally right across to the Maumee River. This hotel has several amazing amenities, some of which includes complimentary wireless Internet access in all public areas, banquet facilities, and dry cleaning service. This hotel has 212 guestrooms, all of which includes dual-line speakerphones, complimentary wireless Internet access, and cable television. And the amenities don’t stop there, all guestrooms also includes coffeemakers, hair dryers, and iron/ironing boards. This hotel is a definite steal in Toledo, Ohio!
