TV Show Where You Control What Happens Next

Recently, Los Angeles based amateur filmmaker, Peter Herro, launched a revolutionary new idea- viewer controlled entertainment. Herro’s internet based TV show, “Jaded,” allows viewers to watch the first episode, and then vote on what the main character should do next.
While it is a simple plot, “Jaded” draws viewers in. Currently, there have been over 200 votes cast for what should happen in the next episode. Voting ends October 1st, when production will begin on Episode 2. You can view Episode 1 and vote at www.solarpictures.com.
Jaded is the brainchild of Peter Herro, who thought it would be interesting for scripted entertainment to be controlled by the audience. It’s like “ER” meets “American Idol.” Herro stars as the main character in this internet based show. Also starring in the series are Brenda Lopez, Natalie Jones, and Sherry Coleman. The first episode also features appearances by Jesse Simms, Joan Jones, and Adele Feeney.
In the first episode, Herro’s character discovers his father has died, and then a score of strange circumstances leaves him with a decision to make. That is where it ends because, yes that’s right, the viewer gets to decide.
This unique idea may be the newest upcoming thing in television. Who knows, perhaps major networks will next pick up the idea of viewer controlled TV. Until then, we will just have to turn to the internet. http://www.solarpictures.com
