Tamarack on the Lake in Fayetteville, NC Apartment Review
The apartments come with the standard appliances including a refrigerator, stove/oven combination, dish disposal, and microwave along with full size washer and dryer hookups. Most of the older apartments even come with a washer and dryer and you also have the option of renting them from the complex.
I looked at many apartments in the area and although they were nice, when I walked into this one, I knew it was home. This is my first experience living on my own and am grateful for such a great place. Each apartment comes with a monitored alarm system included in your monthly rent and although it is very reassuring to have, I don’t feel it is that necessary. There were other apartments that I looked at that just didn’t have a safe vibe but this place has a very family oriented feeling that makes me feel secure. I do live in the back of the complex which may play a part in why I feel so safe here but I’ve been told that there have never been any major security issues here.
There are many great features here as well. There is a swimming pool that is open every day during the summer, an outdoor playground for the children, a fitness center that you must have a security code to enter so you don’t have to worry about strangers just walking in, a running trail that spans the property, a tennis court, and a sand volleyball court. There is plenty of parking available in front of each building, mailboxes are close and the garbage dumpster is located on the other end of the parking lot so you never have to worry about smells but at the same time it’s just a short walk away.
The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. When I first started looking here they took the time to show me every model they had available and were there to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. I had one issue with my air conditioning but I called the office and within two hours there was a maintenance guy knocking at my door to fix it and I haven’t had any problems since then.
If you’re looking for an apartment in the Fayetteville, NC area I would definitely recommend coming to look at Tamarack on the Lake Apartments. It is in a safe neighborhood with great staff and great neighbors.
