Ingredients:
All-purpose flour: 2 cups
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Chilled stick margarine, cut into 6 pieces: 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons
Ice water: 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons

Vegetable cooking spray:
Peeled, sliced peaches (about 3 3/4 pounds): 6 cups
Firmly packed brown sugar, divided: 3/4 cup
All-purpose flour: 2 1/2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon
Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Slivered almonds: 1/4 cup
Egg, lightly beaten: 1
Water: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
