Peeled and sliced peaches (5-6 peaches): 2 1/2 cups

Granulated sugar: 1/2 cup
All-purpose Gold Medal Flour: 1/4 cup

Ingredients for crumble topping:
All-purpose Gold Medal Flour: 1/2 cup
Old-fashioned oats: 1/2 cup
Brown sugar: 1/3 cup
Granulated sugar: 1/4 cup
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Cold butter, diced: 6 tablespoons

    In order to get started, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

    Take a large bowl, and combine blueberries, lemon juice, sliced peaches, vanilla extract, lemon zest, granulated sugar and flour. Gently hurl the bowl until the fruits are well coated.

    Take a large bowl, and start preparing crumble topping. Add flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and granulated sugar in the bowl, and stir it together gently with a beater. Add butter in the bowl, and mix it together with your fingers until it is mixed properly and big crumbles are formed.

    Put the fruit mixture in a 2 quart ceramic glass baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble mixture properly at the top of the fruit mixture. Take a pan, place a parchment paper on it, and put the pan in the preheated oven. Bake it for around 35 to 40 minutes until a golden brown top is achieved. The Peach and Blueberry Crumble is ready. It can be served as a proper snack at the tea or a genuine dessert after dinner. Serve as you need.
