Fitness Tips for Skydivers
If you are a regular skydiver, you need to be mentally and physically fit as you are going to toss your body from an airplane in huge air pressure. Physical fitness can be achieved through proper nutrition, exercise and sufficient rest. A good skydiver must have the balance of dexterity, muscular strength and flexibility.
Skydiving is an extreme sport which is very risky for you. Therefore, you must prepare yourself by necessary training and should meet the physical fitness requirements to cope with the underlying danger associated with it.

Wind Tunnel
It is very important to condition yourself in a wind tunnel to become physically and mentally fit for the jump. The advantage of wind tunnel is that it helps you to experience the air pressure without leaving the ground. -

Gym
Keep in mind that you don’t need to pay more than $1,000 so as to be able to get in shape for a wind tunnel session. You can just go to the gym to condition the muscles in body, especially your shoulders, back, arms and stomach. You need to take proper diet to make yourself fit for skydiving. You need to avoid food which has high level of fats in it and should eat diet containing protein and carbohydrates with some amount of healthy fats. It is to be noted that you need to drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration during a hot day diving. Moreover, you should avoid drinking excessive water before going to sleep. -
