Steps to Make Swiss Rolls

Swiss rolls have mouth-watering smell; are delicious, rich in taste and are very easy to make. Yet they are light as air.

Utensils: Large bowl, heat proof dish (preferably made of glass), Spatula shaped spoon, tea spoon.

Ingredients

–          Three Eggs
–          Two cups of cream
–          Half cup of sugar
–          Three tablespoon of butter
–          Half cup of oil
–          One cup of milk
–          One packet of cake mix

    Take a bowl and beat three eggs in it, then pour milk and oil in it and mix them all together. There should no lumps in this mixture.

    Now take the cake mix and merge it with the batter prepared in step one. Now then fold the mixture gently. This step is very important, because it will determine the lightness of you rolls. Folding should be done with a large scooping, using a spatula shaped spoon, so that maximum air can become part of the mixture.

    Pre-heat the oven at 100 degree Celsius.

    Now take a dish which is oven proof and then pour all of the mixture in it. Spread it evenly.

    Put the dish inside the oven and bake for approximately 12 minutes.

    Once baking is done, remove the tray from oven and allow it to cool. Now take out the sponge from the tray.

    The next step is to prepare the icing. Take a bowl and put sugar and cream in it. Now beat the sugar with cream and then pour it on sponge.

    Roll the sponge and cut in to small pieces.
