Steps to Make Mango Rice Pudding
Thai foods are known for their sticky nature and they are very sweet. If you are fond of Thai foods then you must have seen a very famous Thai pudding, and is called Khao Niaow Ma Muang. Name seems strange but it means Mango Rice pudding. This recipe will be more delicious if you use sweet rice instead of using normal savoury rice. If you are fond of mangoes or you love rice then this pudding will prove itself a real taster and you will love its taste. It normally takes about 60 minute to cook. Following is the step by step recipe of Mango and Rice Pudding.

Ingredients:
– Half cup of sweet rice
– Half cup of fresh cream
-Three cups of milk
– Half cup of sugar
– One teaspoon of vanilla crux
– Three egg yolks
– Two tablespoon of sliced pistachio and almonds
– One cup of chopped mangoes

Take a bowl and soak the rice for approximately one hour. After one hour crush them with the help of your hands.

Take a separate pan and boil the milk and then add crushed rice in it and cook until rice become tender.

Now take half cup of sugar and add it to the blend of milk and rice and cook it for approx. 8 minutes. Now remove them from hob and allow them to cool.

Once it gets cooled add egg yolks, cream, mango slices and almonds and pistachios. With the help of spoon mix them all together.

Now take some oven proof plate and add some butter on it so it gets greased. Now spread some granulated sugar over it and then pour the mixture prepared in step 4.

Pre-heat your oven, at 180 degree Celsius after that bake the mixture for approximately 40 minutes.
