    Application crashes without starting

You tap any application icon once in order to open it. However, instead of loading, the application closes immediately and the device returns to the home screen. As its common in the windows operating system that once the application crashes, it takes the operating system down with it too. However, there is a very easy solution to this problem in iPhone. You just have to reboot the device once that has happened. Hold the power button (the one at the top of the phone) till a pop up appears that displays “swipe to turn off”.

Restart the phone and the problem will be solved.

    Application crashes while its open

Application may sometimes freeze while it is open. There is a simpler solution to this crash than the last problem. Hold the home button for 6 seconds straight till it returns the home screen. This step actually kills the application, and will cause the application to lose any unsaved data.

    Whole phone freezes

The most annoying of the crashes is when the iPhone freezes completely and pressing power/ home button does nothing. The solution for this problem is to press both the power and home buttons simultaneously till your iPhone restarts. This step is equivalent to pulling the power cord from a personal computer and this step should not be used regularly as it may damage the phone permanently.
