How to Sync an iPhone With Outlook

    Please make sure that your iTunes plugin is enabled in your Outlook.

    Now, you have to connect your iPhone to your PC by the help of your USB cable. The smaller end is to be inserted into your iPhone and the other end to the USB port of your computer.

    When you will connect your iPhone to your PC, iTunes will be opened automatically.

    Now, go to your iTunes and select the ‘Info’ tab which you can see in the menu bar at the top of your screen. Select ‘Outlook’ under the ‘Contact’ and then check the box next to ‘Sync contact with’. Then click ‘All contacts’. You can also select the calendar events under ‘Calendars’. In this, you have to set the ‘days’ also (for the events which you want to sync).

    Then, just click the ‘Sync’ button which will be displayed at the bottom right corner of your screen.

    Allow the syncing process to complete after which your iPhone will be synced with your Outlook.
