Steps to Become a Leader
A leader is the one who guides you and directs you towards a specific way with his thoughts and works. Leader can lead a team at office, program, movement, political group, band, orchestra, or organization. He must has the abilities to make others follow him, his mindset and orders, that if he command something it should be done in anyway. A leader must have a decent and strong personality, which makes him look serious enough towards achieving his aims of life, and followers must stand on his side agreeing his motives. Not everyone has the abilities of becoming a leader, you have to work on few aspects if you want to be a leader.

You have to be strong enough to receive opposition from different sides. Like if you are a political leader, people will always ready to counterattack you and refuse to accept your decisions. You have to be consistent and have enough guts to give them a perfect answer by implementing your decisions in a proper way and prove yourself the best.

You must have good communication skills and you have knowledge about how to encourage people to join them in some activities by sharing your vision with them. Encouraging people is good for building up a trustful relationship between you and followers. Never repeat what you have already done in not so appropriate way, learn from those mistakes and try to do in a better way. Try to make some changes in it and enhance your work by handling it carefully.
