Ingredients (take 10 minutes and make 2 cocktails)
(2 tablespoon) good freshly ground coffee
(1/4 cup) Irish whisky
(2 to 4 tablespoon) brown sugar
(1 1/2 cups) boiling water
Whipping cream for topping purpose

Take a coffee plunger and place 2 tablespoon good quality freshly ground coffee in it. Carefully pour in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Stir the mixture until mix thoroughly. Set it aside for approximately five minutes at room temperature.
