How To Make a Moisturizing Body Scrub

Ingredients:

– 1/4 cup almonds
– 1 cup oatmeal
– 1 avocado
– 1 teaspoon essential oil of your choice- optional

    Place 1/4 cup of almonds in a food processor and grind them up for few seconds until finely powdered. Now shift the ground almond into a large bowl.

    Now place 1 cup of oatmeal into the same food processor and crush them until powdered. Add the ground oatmeal to the ground almond in the large mixing bowl.

    Use a sharp knife to peel off one large avocado and cut it into medium slices. Shit the slices into an electric blender or chopper and mash them at high speed until form puree.

    Dispense the avocado puree into the bowl and mix it with the almond-oatmeal mixture. Continue blending until the three ingredients incorporate into each other and form a thick but smooth body scrub.

    Stir in 1 tablespoon of your favorite essential oil to add some fragrance to the body scrub.
